Right to Dream (RtD) ( Home | RIGHT TO DREAM) family is looking for a People Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover) who has a range of broad-based human resources background to join the team. About the job:
We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist for Maternity Cover to join our Group People team to provide support for a number of core people processes and transactions for the RtD People Lifecycle experience. The job involves supporting recruitment and selection-preparing internal and external job adverts, offer letters, onboarding, working with our HRIS system-Sage People System- including regularly updating key people information metrics, the development of management presentations and reports, supporting employees move to our international locations, for example, on work permits and visas. There will also be some payroll support for our UK employees.
The work will be varied, and you will be expected to turn your hand, with guidance and support, to a wide range of human resource areas.
Part of a small group of three within the Group People team, the client group you will support includes our group-based employees and our people partners in our main geographies of Denmark, Egypt and Ghana.
This is a temporary position to cover for our colleague, who is going on maternity leave from June 2023 until April 2024.
About You:
If you have the following experience, we would be very interested to hear from you:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience from HR Operations position – preferably in an international organisation and perhaps a start-up organisation, as our organisation – even though we have existed for years – are developing and expanding rapidly.
- Experience with the key tasks of this position – meaning relevant skills in HR-administrative workflows as reporting, HR-analytics, recruitment processes, onboarding and preferably also some experience with relocation, expats, and payroll (internationally)
- Very good IT-skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – and you have some experience working with HRIS-systems (we use SAGE People) – and of course you have very good communication skills – English mandatory and Danish preferable both oral and written.
